SHIPPING POLICY

Underground Engine Werkz – We Ship Fast, But We Ain’t the Post Office

We pack and ship every order by hand, usually within 1–2 business days. Most of what we sell is vintage, used, or one-of-a-kind, so we treat every order with care—even if it’s covered in grease and dust.

We reuse and recycle packaging materials as much as possible to reduce waste and keep costs down. That means your box might be a little ugly—but it’s doing its job.

CARRIER INFORMATION

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on size, weight, and location. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING TIMES

We ship fast—but carriers don’t always move at our speed.

• Domestic shipping: 3–7 business days on average

• International shipping: 7–21 business days (customs can cause delays)

Please understand that once your package is handed off to the carrier, we no longer have control over delivery speed or route changes. If delays occur, we’ll do our best to help—but we can’t make trucks move faster.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Yes—we combine shipping whenever possible. If you’re buying multiple items, we’ll automatically pack them together and refund any excess shipping charges. If you're planning a big order, message us ahead of time and we’ll work out the best rate.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available in Columbus, Indiana. Message us after checkout to schedule a time.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days. Be ready to provide:

• Photos of the item and packaging

• Order number and tracking info

• A brief description of what happened

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, but we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
